According to the statistics analysis of the previous year, the prices in Moscow’s hotels remained at the 2011 level, there was almost no increasing. In St. Petersburg the prices have risen by no more than 6%.
In other major Russian cities – Kazan, Irkutsk, and Vladivostok – prices have grown significantly: by more than 30%. The fall of prices was noticed in Samara and Nizhny Novgorod.
Today the accommodation in Moscow costs about the same as in Milan, Stockholm or Washington and is cheaper than in London, Zurich, Tokyo or Dubai.
